Welcome to the

KINtuition Game

Day 1 of 7

For the next 31 days, I’m going to put something in my pocket.

You won’t know what it is.

I’ll show you a photo, you’ll close your eyes, and we’ll see what comes through.

That’s the game.

But there’s something much more interesting going on here.

We’re going to train our intuition.

So... what exactly is intuition?

You probably already know what it feels like.

You walk into a room and immediately feel that something is off.

You think about someone — and they call you five minutes later.

You suddenly know which way to go, even though you can’t explain why.

Or you simply know something without being able to explain how you know it.

That’s intuition.

It’s that information that seems to arrive before you’ve consciously worked it out.

The difficult part isn't necessarily receiving it.
It's trusting what you're getting.

Because intuition doesn’t usually arrive with a little certificate saying:

“Hello. This is definitely intuition. You can trust me.”

And because there’s no obvious explanation attached to it, the mind starts looking for one.

“Why am I thinking that?”

“Where did that come from?”

“That doesn’t make any sense.”

“I’m just imagining it.”

So we dismiss everything and replace it with something that makes more sense.

And we never find out what that first little flash was trying to tell us.

That’s the bit we’re going to practise.

Not guessing.

Not trying to be clever.

Not trying to prove that you can magically know what’s in my pocket.

We’re going to practise something much simpler: noticing what arrives before the thinking mind takes over.

imagine what becomes possible when you start trusting your intuition

You stop looking outside yourself for the answer.

You stop second-guessing yourself.

You trust yourself without needing all the answers first.

You stop talking yourself out of what you already know.

And one day — the one your soul animal is waiting for — you hear what they’ve been trying to tell you all along.

So for the next 31 days, we’re going to practise catching it before you edit it.

And we’re starting today.

Before we start to play, here's what's important

Get a piece of paper and a pen.

Don’t guess.

Don’t try to be right.

First impressions are golden. Write or draw the first thing that flashes into your mind — even and especially if it makes no sense and before the doubting mind arrives and edits it. 😉

Notice what comes through:

  • A temperature?
  • A texture?
  • A colour?
  • A shape?
  • A taste?
  • A smell?
  • A sound, word, noise, or even a song?
  • A feeling in your body?
  • A memory or a scene?
  • A weight or size?

And most importantly: There are no wrong answers. Whatever you get is unique to you. You might even have picked up on something I don’t know about.

Let's play 'What's in my pocket?'

We start easy with a very simple object.

Close your eyes.

Take a deeeeep breath in and a looooong breath out.

Focus on this photo, then close your eyes and feel what comes through.

What did you get?

Leave your glimpses in the comments below — even if they are tiny or don’t make any sense to you.

Especially those, actually 😄

And if you want, tell me which country you’re joining this game from. 😃🇺🇸🇬🇧🇦🇺🇨🇦🇩🇪🇪🇸🇮🇹

It’s an apple.

  • small
  • sweet
  • yellow, red, orange
  • organic/free from pesticides
  • grown in the garden of an elderly couple
  • has tiny stripes and dots

And if you got nothing today, that’s fine too.

There is nothing to pass and nothing to fail.

Tomorrow, we’ll open the insight pocket again and see what comes through.

See you tomorrow. 🤩

  1. Great post about intuition! I love this game. The first thing that came to my mind is a yellowish smooth stone. Looking forward to tomorrow’s post!

    1. I can’t say too much here cause I don’t want to give the answer away but yes my dog likes it as well 😄…
